Preparation
- Cut your steak into bite-sized cubes, about 1 to 2 inches each.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss the steak cubes in the mixture until they are evenly coated.
- Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
- Add the seasoned steak cubes to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding.
- Cook the steak bites for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
Serving
- Sprinkle some chopped parsley and a splash of lemon juice or balsamic vinegar on the cooked steak bites before serving.
Notes
For even cooking, cut steak evenly. Check doneness using a meat thermometer. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days and reheated in the air fryer.
