Ingredients

For the Steak Bites
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye) Use high-quality steak for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
For Extra Flavor (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped For garnish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or balsamic vinegar A squeeze for extra flavor

Method

Preparation
  1. Cut your steak into bite-sized cubes, about 1 to 2 inches each.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss the steak cubes in the mixture until they are evenly coated.
  3. Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Add the seasoned steak cubes to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding.
  2. Cook the steak bites for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
Serving
  1. Sprinkle some chopped parsley and a splash of lemon juice or balsamic vinegar on the cooked steak bites before serving.

Notes

For even cooking, cut steak evenly. Check doneness using a meat thermometer. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days and reheated in the air fryer.
