Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the blueberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Gently toss until the blueberries are well coated. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour in the melted butter and stir until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Assembly and Cooking
  1. Pour the blueberry mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  2. Top generously with the crisp topping mixture.
