For the Dip
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken Rotisserie chicken works great.
  • 1 8 oz brick of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Can substitute with homemade dressing.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles Optional for extra flavor.
For Serving
  • to taste tortilla chips, celery sticks, or sliced baguette

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. If using leftover chicken, shred it finely.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in the shredded chicken and 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, ensuring everything is well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the top.
Baking
  1. Place your dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the edges begin to bubble and the cheese is golden and melted.
  2. Allow it to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the microwave or oven until warmed through.
