Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, unroll your pizza dough and stretch it into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly across the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Distribute the sliced pepperoni evenly on top of the cheese.
- Starting from one end, roll the dough tightly into a log shape and pinch the ends to seal.
- Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces and place them cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan and Italian seasoning on top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- While they bake, warm the marinara sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Remove the roll-ups from the oven, let them cool slightly, and serve warm with marinara sauce on the side.
Notes
Use quality ingredients for the best flavor. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for crispiness or in the microwave for convenience.
