- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the almond or oat flour, cocoa powder, and sea salt until well mixed.
- Pour in the maple syrup, nut butter, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until a dough forms.
- Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips and nuts, if using, until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball using your hands. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- After rolling all the dough, refrigerate the bliss balls for an additional 15-20 minutes to firm them up before serving.
