- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press it firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.

- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together 1 cup of heavy cream, sugar, cornstarch, and salt.

Combining Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, whip the remaining 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until well combined.
Filling the Crust
- Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled pie crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the filling is set.

- Once set, garnish the top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
