- In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped dill, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Whisk until well combined.
Cooking
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Season each fillet with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is opaque in the center. The edges should be lightly browned, and the garlic will have your kitchen smelling heavenly.
- Remove from the oven and let sit for a minute before serving with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
For a Low-Carb Twist: Serve over a bed of sautéed spinach or cauliflower rice. Storage: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or until warm.
