Ingredients

For the Cheesecake Filling
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened For best results, choose full-fat cream cheese for a richer flavor.
  • 10 pieces Oreo cookies, crushed Use classic Oreos for ultimate taste but feel free to experiment with other flavors!
For the Crust
  • 10 pieces Oreo cookies, whole Simply split them in half to form the base of the bites.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by preparing your work area. Gather all ingredients and equipment, including a mixing bowl, spatula, and mini cupcake or muffin pans lined with paper liners. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Take the whole Oreos and place them, cream side up, in the bottom of each muffin liner. This will serve as the crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and the crushed Oreos. Mix until smooth and well-blended, which should take about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the Oreo crusts, filling each liner to the top. Smooth out the tops with a spatula.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow them to cool to room temperature. After they cool, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother filling; it’ll blend easier without lumps. Feel free to add toppings such as whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, or extra crushed Oreos on top for added flair! For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free Oreos. For storage, keep these bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. They can also be frozen; just ensure they are in a freezer-safe container.
