- In a large pot, combine the chili beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together over medium heat, allowing the spices to blend (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add the 4 cups of broth to the pot and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
- Once boiling, stir in the 2 cups of macaroni. Reduce the heat and let it simmer uncovered for 8-10 minutes or until the macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
