Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese onto the parchment, forming circles about 3 inches in diameter. Space them 2 inches apart.
- Place 3-4 pepperoni slices on top of each cheese mound, pressing them down lightly.
- If using, sprinkle garlic powder and paprika over the crisps.
Baking
- Slide the baking sheet into the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before gently lifting them off with a spatula.
Notes
Experiment with different cheeses, meats, and herbs for unique flavors. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. To restore crunch, re-bake briefly if necessary.
