  • 2 cups diced ripe tomatoes Use fresh, juicy ones for best flavor.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Opt for high-quality cheese.
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese Softened for easy mixing.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use fresh Parmesan for better flavor.
For the Flavoring
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped Fresh basil enhances flavor.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds depth to the flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Can adjust according to taste.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For Serving
  • Baguette slices or your favorite crackers For gluten-free, use gluten-free bread.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until well blended and creamy.
  3. Add the minced garlic, chopped fresh basil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to maintain some texture.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish.
Baking
  1. Place your baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the top is lightly browned.
  2. Once out of the oven, allow it to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

This dip can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. To reheat, bake until warmed through. For added spice, include red pepper flakes.
