Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until well blended and creamy.
- Add the minced garlic, chopped fresh basil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to maintain some texture.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish.
Baking
- Place your baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the top is lightly browned.
- Once out of the oven, allow it to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
This dip can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. To reheat, bake until warmed through. For added spice, include red pepper flakes.
