Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season your salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined to make the glaze.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down. Brush the glaze generously over each fillet, reserving about a tablespoon for basting later.
- Cook the salmon in the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillets, until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Halfway through cooking, baste the salmon with the reserved glaze for extra flavor.
- Once done, remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the air fryer or microwave. For a gluten-free option, use tamari instead of soy sauce.
